INTENTIONAL TABLE (it) is a new cooking school and boutique food & wine shop located in the heart of the downtown area on picturesque Bainbridge Island, WA. Its state-of-the-art kitchen and retail setting feature artisan products, wares and wine from the Pacific Northwest and beyond.

The Intentional Table cooking school offers both demonstration and hands-on classes. Demonstration classes are often led by local chefs and restauranteurs. During hands-on classes, students prepare recipes with the assistance from our in-house instructors.  What better way to connect with other foodies than by cooking side-by-side in the kitchen.

Brendan McGill from Hitchcock Restaurant will host a special Oyster Clinic event -  Oysters & Wine Pairing, plus our friend and neighbor Greg Atkinson from Restaurant Marche’ will be teaching the first of many classes, as well.
